Spaces Crafted For Modern Living
The Challenge
Designing a luxury urban residence on a compact site demanded a careful balance between privacy, openness, and climate responsiveness. The challenge was to create a home that felt expansive and naturally connected to light and air, while still maintaining a strong sense of enclosure within a dense urban fabric. At the same time, the residence needed to express a bold contemporary identity without overpowering its context.
The Concept
The design emerges as a composition of clean geometric volumes layered with textured materials and perforated screening elements. These screens filter harsh sunlight, encourage cross ventilation, and create shifting patterns of light and shadow throughout the day. The architecture is conceived as a dialogue between solidity and permeability — where modern spatial living is shaped through openness, climatic sensitivity, and refined material expression.
The Outcome
The residence emerged as a striking contemporary home defined by layered volumes, perforated screens, and warm textured materials. Deep balconies, filtered light, and expansive glazing create a balance between privacy and openness, while the climate-responsive façade enhances natural ventilation and daylight throughout the interiors.
