The Challenge

Designing a contemporary villa that balances openness with intimacy while maintaining a cohesive material and spatial language across a large built area. The project demanded careful interior planning, refined detailing, and thoughtful material selection to create spaces that feel luxurious yet deeply comfortable for everyday living.

The Concept

The design approach focused on clean geometry, layered textures, and a restrained material palette to shape calm and sophisticated interiors. Natural light, seamless circulation, and carefully framed volumes were used to create a sense of spatial continuity throughout the villa.

LSC Villa emerges as a refined residential retreat in Dehradun — warm, contemporary, and timeless in character. The completed spaces reflect a balance of elegance and livability, where thoughtful detailing and material harmony come together to elevate the everyday experience of home.
